Business Evaluation Terms
Terms applying when a business submits information for initial review or requests a structured evaluation.
Reviewed 9 August 20261. Purpose of submission
An evaluation submission allows SFSPL Global to understand the business situation and consider suitability, clarification and potential next steps. It is not an application for funding, credit, investment, employment or a guaranteed service.
2. Information and authority
The submitter confirms that information is materially accurate and that they are authorised to share it. Initial forms should not include confidential customer data, credentials, banking information, special-category information or documents not necessary for the review.
3. Review and suitability
SFSPL Global may request clarification, recommend a scoped evaluation, decline, refer to an appropriate route or determine that the requirement is not currently suitable. Submission does not require either side to proceed.
4. Confidentiality
Submitted information is handled under the Privacy Notice and reasonable business confidentiality. A specific non-disclosure agreement applies only when separately executed or expressly accepted.
5. Paid evaluation
If a detailed evaluation is chargeable, scope, fee, output and limitations will be communicated before commencement. No paid evaluation begins solely from a public-form submission.
