Intellectual Property Notice
This notice explains ownership and use of website content, client materials, project deliverables, working files and third-party assets.

SFSPL Global names, logos, design systems, text, graphics, frameworks, layouts and original website materials are owned by or lawfully used by Stellar Fintech Services (OPC) Private Limited and are protected under applicable law.
2. Client materials
The client retains rights in materials it supplies and grants the limited authority required to perform the accepted scope. The client is responsible for having the right to provide and use those materials.
3. Project deliverables
Ownership or licence in final deliverables is defined by the relevant engagement. Unless stated otherwise, transfer of agreed rights occurs after payment of all amounts due for those deliverables and excludes third-party components, pre-existing tools, reusable know-how and internal working methods.
4. Working and source files
Editable files, source code, raw footage, drafts, rejected concepts, research, templates or working materials are included only where expressly stated. Final-output delivery does not automatically include every production file.
5. Third-party assets
Fonts, photographs, stock assets, software, plugins, APIs and other external materials remain subject to their licences. The client must comply with transferred or continuing licence conditions.
