Marketing, Creative & Visibility Services Terms
Service-specific terms for campaigns, media spend, approvals, creative rights, claims, platforms, PR, events and recognition activity.
Reviewed 9 August 20261. Strategy and scope
Channels, deliverables, volume, campaign periods, target context, review process and reporting are defined in the accepted scope. Platform activity and creative production outside that scope require a change.
2. Budgets and accounts
Professional fees are separate from advertising media, platform charges, production, printing, travel, event, publication and external-tool costs unless expressly included.
Where practicable, client-owned advertising and platform accounts are preferred. Account access and billing remain subject to platform controls.
3. Claims and approvals
The client must approve factual claims, prices, offers, eligibility, availability, product information and legally material qualifications. SFSPL Global may request evidence or refuse to publish content reasonably believed to be misleading, unlawful or rights-infringing.
Approval authorises production or publication of the reviewed version. Later changes may affect cost, timing and performance.
4. Performance variability
Campaign and content performance varies with market response, competition, budget, offer, creative, platform systems, landing experience, sales execution and external events. Revenue, sales, leads, followers, rankings and return on advertising spend are not guaranteed.
5. Creative and production
Revisions apply within approved direction and stated rounds. New directions, formats, durations, languages or volumes may be additional scope. Third-party music, footage, fonts, stock and talent remain subject to licence and release terms.
6. PR, awards, media and events
Editors, publishers, broadcasters, award bodies and organisers retain independent control over coverage, selection, scheduling, availability, cancellation and policies. Nomination does not mean selection; outreach does not mean editorial publication.
Any guaranteed advertising placement must be supported by a contract or written confirmation from the relevant authorised organisation and remains subject to its terms.
7. Platform action and interruption
Platforms may reject, limit, suspend or modify accounts, content, targeting or delivery. SFSPL Global will use reasonable care within scope but is not responsible for independent enforcement or system interruption outside its control.
