Third-Party Services Disclaimer
How external platforms, providers, software, media and regulated specialists affect scope, cost, availability and outcomes.
Reviewed 9 August 20261. Independent operation
External providers control their products, policies, approvals, availability, security, pricing, service levels, content decisions and account actions. SFSPL Global does not control those decisions unless it is itself the contracting provider for the specific item.
2. Cost and terms
Third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Use may require the client to accept provider terms, maintain accounts, supply billing details or provide authorised access. SFSPL Global cannot accept an external legal agreement in the client's name without authority.
3. Change and interruption
Provider updates, API changes, policy enforcement, account suspension, service interruption or withdrawal of functionality may affect delivery or ongoing operation. Necessary adaptation outside the original scope may require a change request.
4. Specialist associates
Where qualified regulated or specialist work is needed, an accurately described associate may be introduced or included. The actual scope, contracting route, responsibility and fees must be identified rather than implied through general relationship language.
